Background: Nowadays, peoples are using online to communication, collaboration, and many things that may be done online. One of them is E-Commerce. So this project is to establish Online Shop Management. Online Shop Management has one of the most importance's of every business sector. Today, we see many businesses – large and small – using websites as a platform to sell a product or provide a service. However, I have realized that there is lack of, user-friendly interface that independent business owners can use to operate their businesses online. For this reason in Online Shop Management project, I wanted to provide business owners with an easy-to-use online store interface to sell their products and services. The interface also allows Internet users to buy those products and services. The main purpose of the interface is to facilitate interactions and transactions between a business and its customers. This management system allows us to quickly and easily add new customers, and reduces the number of keystrokes for existing customers to an absolute minimum. Online shop management makes viewing customer or vendor details and order entry a simple and efficient process. Now we can stay organized and stay productive. In this project I would like to develop a website online shop management system that can suit especially for a general purpose community business network. Following are the key aims and objectives identified in this project. 2. Aims and Objective: Aim: To develop a web based Online Shop management system using PHP and MYSQL database. Objectives: Following are the key objectives • To review different types of Online Shop Management systems what were popular and identify the key advantages and limitations • To design a web based Shopping management system using the modeling techniques like UML • To create the required web pages and add the PHP code • To develop the required database using MYSQL and establish the database connections required • To test the application against few test cases and run the application to generalize a web based Shop management that suits for a general purpose community business. 3. Scope and approach: As discussed in the background section, scope of the project is to create a web based Shopping management system. The main reason behind to create a web based application is that to create the mobility to operate even when the admin is out of office and the Buyer and Seller are away from any place of global. All the status of order can be listed or viewed using this website and also all the issues can be maintained against the member details. A separate log is maintained across the website and it holds the required reports as per day, week, and month or to the extent of desired time period. Also includes an interconnected network among member at different places within the same database. All the web pages are created using PHP and MYSQL is used as the required database. UML modeling is used to create the basic design and flow of the application and once it is done the actual coding is done. Initially all the required web pages are created along with the database tables. The required business logic is added to improve the scope of the application and the database connections are established. Few test cases are created and manual testing is used in this project. Test cases are created in a manner to check all the required field level validations and also database validations. Once the application is created the corresponding test cases are executed against couple of runs and the bugs are resolved if any identified. Once the testing is done, the final product is delivered.

5. Feasibility:

Whatever we think need not be feasible. It is wise to think about the feasibility of any problem we undertake. Feasibility is the study of impact, which happens in the organization by the development of a system. The impact can be either positive or negative. When the Positives nominate the negatives, then the system is considered feasible. Here the feasibility study can be performed in two ways such as Technical Feasibility and Economical Feasibility. This software will be used by any general people and especially by the Buyer and seller. • Technical Feasibility: We can strongly say that it is technically feasible, since there will not be much difficulty in getting required resources for the development and maintaining the system as well. All the resources needed for the development of the software as well as the maintenance of the same is available in the organization here we are utilizing the resources which are available already. • Economic Feasibility: Development of this application is highly economically feasible .The organization needed not spend much money for the development of the system already available. The only thing is to be done is making an environment for the development with an effective supervision. If we are doing so, we can attain the maximum usability of the corresponding resources. Even after the development, the organization will not be in a condition to invest more in the organization. Therefore, the system is economically feasible.

Implementation The implementation will cover the following areas: Analysis of online Business system. Core coding of the application. Database design. Front end design of all forms. Developing the business and database logic. Developing the test cases. Module level unit testing. Bug fixing and final release including server setup.
