Q-1. Tell me about yourself? Ans: My name is Zia Uddin Muhammad Tarek. I'm basically from Manikganj. Now I'm staying at Mohakhali, Wireless gate. Currently I'm working with Ingenious Technologies as a Web Developer from October 2013. Before that I worked at Intellect Software Ltd. About my qualification, I have completed my MBA from Jahangirnagar University and I also completed my Hons and Masters from National University. After Masters result I got a scholarship from IDB-BISEW. That was the turning point of my life. It was an IT Scholarship. Here I learnt various Web Development tools like HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP , MySQL, CodeIgnitor, Wordpress, Joomla and something like these.. My strength are Honesty, Self Motivation, Positive Attitude and I believe in team work. And my weakness is , I can't say no when someone ask me for help. I pass my leisure by watching movies, listing music, playing computer games, chatting with my friends in facebook, reading and try to write IT related tutorials. My short term goal is to get a job in company which have a good working environment and my long term goal is to be a world class programmer. That's all about me. Thank you sir. Q-2. Why should I hire you? Ans: Sir as I can do hard work for my organization and I'll put my best effort with good progress of organization being punctual and sincere and I can finish the work given to me -on time and try my best to full fill all the needs of requirement from me. Q-3. Tell us about your strength and weakness. Ans: (If employer ask this separately ) I'm self motivated who believes in team work. I like to do the task before allotted time. I also like to learning new things and love to except challenge. Q-4. Can you work under pressure? Ans: Yes, I can work under pressure. I think pressure is a part of work and best time to enhance my skills and learn new things. Q-5. What motivates you to do good job? Ans: As I'm self motivated person I always tried to motivate myself. Sometimes I motivated from my success and sometimes from failure. The another reason of my motivation is my parents. I always want to see them happy and this motivate me to do my best. Q-6. How much salary do you expect? Ans: I really need more information about the position before I can discuss salary. Can you tell me the range budgeted for this position? Q-7. What salary range would you require to take this job? Ans: From the current market research I think it appears to be Tk25000 to Tk.35000 range. Is that the range you had in mind? Q-8. What is your current salary? Ans. I am making Tk.25000 at my current job plus two festival bonus. It would be expecting at least 25% increase. Q-9. What is the difference between Hard work and Smart work? Ans: In simple words, Hard work means doing task which takes more time and energy and Smart work means doing task with planning and using minimum efforts. Q-10. Any question?
