Introduction to the Proposals

It is without hesitation that Super shop is now a very popular business scope and the popularity is increasing day by day. At the same time it is very important keeping in mind that expected success is only possible when a proper and perfect management system is grasped.Today’s competitive environment is forcing companies to optimize the managing processes at the same time ensure accuracy of controls and implementation of standard methodologies. However we have researched and found that most of the companies get stuck in obtaining the smoothness regarding the planning and execution of materials.

Objective

A proper management system is very important to reach a goal according to the expectation. One of the most important things is that customer satisfaction, which will bring the goodwill for the company. The objectives of a management software system are managing cost, materials, creating report, helps in budgeting etc. A company needs to manage large numbers of items and proper grouping of them as unit-wise will help in minimizing cost.Managing everyday transactions needs to be efficient and at the same way again purchasing large number of products, giving discounts, managing inventory all these tasks have to be dealt perfectly. Every company tries to achieve more output in least cost at the same time satisfaction of their customers. So a proper managing system using automation software is needed for success of every super shop.

Regarding our Super Shop Software System

A software system that is fully specified for managing super shop, that’s why we can demand for excellency in comparing our software with any software regarding the management of super shop. Our software helps to create and manage invoices, product categories, purchase orders, payment receipts and impeccable cost management. Configuring our system to any warehouse will help to create revenue for the related company .So to be able to keep account of purchasing and selling transactions, keep system update based on the number of products purchased and correlated retail information with computerized,systematic process our system is unique .So our system will help to control unnecessary costing. That’s why we believe that choosing our system is right decision in fulfilling expectation.

Scope and Approach

It is very important to make section wise managing and monitoring system. The software has different login systems for giving and controlling access to perform specific task. We have designed five login systems. Admin login, purchase section login, inventory section login, sales section login and accounts section login. Admin login can perform and access all the sections and rest of the logins can access only the relevant section that means every login has a specific approach. All scopes together covers monitoring every section, keep account of purchase, updating store house,managing return goods, keeping account of sales, managing orders etc. Admin can monitor all tasks and latest approach that are going on through very section. Again every company may have own policy and scope, if any scope is missing, we are ready to fulfill according to the requirement of the company. So through the methodology we have taken, we hope a better solution for every super shop’s sales management.

The company does not need to spend much money for the development of any system already available. We just then need only your help and resources for developing this software.
