DHCP server system: a) IP>DHCP Server>Select Ether(2,3.... any 1)>next>next>next>finish. b) Setup your laptop IP as "obtained an ip address automtically" from tcp/IP properties. c) IP>DHCP Server>Leases>Select any client > Make static, (Here we can limit mb) Double click on IP >set 128k/128k in rate limit field to give 128k speed to this client. now set your PC IP as auto obtain IP address and ping google.com.
